Process

Here are a few photos of my latest piece showing a bit of my process. After sketching out plans, I typically draw a full scale image, transfer it to the canvas using graphite paper, create an underpainting, and then layer the paint until I get the effect that I want. It is certainly a lesson in patience for me :-D but if I skip over steps and try to rush through....I regret it almost immediately.
